If you watch This Morning, anyone else noticing.....

Hi,

So yes I know- it's not the most popular programme, now more than ever, but if you do still watch, anyone else notice some quite heavy flirting between Holly and Craig? Maybe I'm seeing something that isn't there, but the body language, the glances...just seems very flirtatious to me.

Anyone else seeing this? Please no, why do you give a s@#£, type comments. It's not taking over my life, I'm not over invested, I'm just intrigued if anyone else is seeing the same thing.

I do find body language quite interesting generally, so perhaps I am more intrigued than most 😂

I don't watch it and had to look up who Craig is and he is very easy on the eye , so I wouldn't be surprised at all if she is flirting with him.
After all those revelations earlier this year though , I would have thought they would be extra careful about any more rumors or allegations as it has ruined their ' Brand ' and I did read the crew were booed at the NTAs or something, but I didn't watch it all on Tuesday

@the80sweregreat I agree. He certainly is.

I also agree that you'd think This Morning would really want to be avoiding rumour or scandal right now, but it's pretty much 'slim pickings' on the co presenter front. Alison Hammond doesn't work well with Holly at all imo. Joel Dommet (?) is funny, but he's not really a presenter. Craig has proper experience and is charismatic and clever, so I think he's a good choice, but yeah......slight wrinkle could be the chemistry actually ends up being another 'story'

I don't watch it anymore as I find it boring but they are probably told to be a certain way so they have good chemistry together as presenters.

I think Holly can't win. If she tries to build rapport, she is accused of flirting. If she keeps a more restrained appearance she will be accused of being cold and not getting on with people. I saw a bit of an episode earlier in the week and thought that she seemed to be coming out of her shell. She no longer has Phillip as the more experienced hand to pick up if she falters. Mind you the hate for the poor woman on mn generally means she can't ever win.

I think people need to leave her alone!

I agree that the press should leave them to it now, but I was never keen on Phillip Schofield and stopped watching TM when Richard and Judy left. Holly is a marmite kind of presenter I think and I'm sure a lot of the hate is just jealousy ( after all , she does earn a fortune and seems to have a nice life!)

The constant ads on morning ITV put me off watching it too much as well.

Oh I'm really not hating Holly Willoughby! This wasn't supposed to be a dig. It was an observation on the chemistry.

I don't think she's just flirting with him. It's very much a two way thing. From what I see anyway. Could be completely wrong.

I know your not having a dig at her op! It was just my opinion that (some ) people are jealous of her , but I've nothing to back it up myself !!
She probably isn't sure how to play things with any of them I guess.

@the80sweregreat Yes, I can imagine there will be lots of people who just want to see her fail. I'm not one of them at all. I don't really have much of an opinion on people I don't know in rl, but she seems nice enough.

Anyway, perhaps I really am the only one.

I noticed this yesterday and wondered if she was overcompensating for being seen as fake
Craig is lovely, warm witty and calm
I think him and Josie are the best pairing
Josie is completely herself on TM( we have a mutual friend in common so I've met her)
Even her accent is true Bristolian( she has been accused of exaggerating it on MN)

@uncomfortablydumb53 hmm I wasn't a fan of their pairing actually. I like them individually though.
