Oh yes I'm this exciting!
I always buy myself a notebook for the start of the new term from paperchase but now I can't.
I like an a4 notebook with a funny/quirky front cover any ideas?

Or TKMaxx/Homesense can be worth a try - discounted Italian brand notebooks and so on.

I bought This notebook recently- I am very pleased with it 🤓 (wire bound, hardback, project book, with elastic band and a nice print - it’s perfect!).

Postmark is literally Paperchase but renamed. Honestly, everything is exactly the same.

We love the works in the house! Definitely more budget than paper chase but they do have some really nice things.
