I keep losing track of time -how can I get the time told to me regularly by my phone?

my laptop used to do this but has stopped
I don't have an Alexa
Ideally I would like to set it and have it announce "time for DS1 to go to x activity"
So I'm not doing the nagging all the time.
I have some alarms on the phone but I hate ALL the chimes etc
