Mobile Phone for OAP non internet user

Hi I've an elderly relative in another part of UK who wants a mobile phone. She doesn't use the internet, doesn't have an email address etc. How can I get a basic mobile phone for her?

List it low to high price. No idea if carphone warehouse does cheap sim free phones
