I've got a 1-2-1 exercise session this evening.
I'm just not feeling it. I don't know why.
I like the trainer. I like the type of exercise. I like working out outside. I like keeping fit.
I've paid. And the session can't be re-arranged.
But I'm just a bit 'meh'. I don't know why.
Talk me into it, please. Pep me up. Tell me it'll be grand.
