My rental property got an EPC rating of D shortly before I moved in a few months ago, but it has terrible draughts due to ill-fitting doors and windows. I can mitigate some of it myself, but not with any permanent fixings. The landlord isn't interested. There was no mention of draught exclusion on the EPC, but I've noticed it is mentioned in EPC's for some neighbouring properties. Anyone know if it is an optional inclusion or compulsory to record it if there is an obvious issue? (Trying to decide whether to challenge the EPC).
