I'd be really interested in some views on these please
Im a terrible sleeper.. mainly because of my horrible restless 'busy' legs, but also the usual post menopausal insomnia. Ive read really mixed opinions on these and if they help.
What Id really like to know is do they help you sleep? Are they going to make me even hotter? And do they help restless legs even a bit?
And lastly.. how heavy should it be?
