I have ADHD. I have to work so so hard to stay organised but I'm 100% better than I was and meds have really helped. I realise I will have to be beyond vigilant or it all fall apart easily for me when I get overwhelmed.

I want to know how organised mner manage home admin. I can make the lists and keep track of essential tasks. But how do you decide when to do them when you work full time. Am also mostly love parent.

Do you set one or two a day? Set aside few hours once a week? Use trackers? Any apps?

I need to decide when to book appointments that are 8 weekly, order items that are needed 3 monthly, plan to enter all the term dates in google calendar and so on and so on.

I am realising I also need to do this at work and diarise planning time formally.

I think I need to identify a method and stick to it. Dd and I have started bullet journaling but so many choices!

I want to get it down to just set tasks each day.

Ideas where best to post this?
All ideas and methods v gratefully received.
