Is this a Vinted Scam?

I listed some items (toys), someone messaged me saying she’d like several of my items as a bundle, for her DC birthday but wouldn’t be able to buy them for a few days until pay day.

Cost of the items combined after bundle discount approx £10.

So I said, I’d reserve them for her. The day after her pay date, I messaged to check if she was still interested. She said she’d now been made redundant and wouldn’t be paid for another 2 weeks. She still wants the items but understands if I want to get rid of them before her pay day.

For context these are common toys, cars etc, nothing special or unique. Many available on vinted.

Was she hoping I’d feel bad and just send them for free?

I wouldn't give it much thought just unreserve and don't engage.

I sent a polite message back and unreserved them.
I was just curious, seems like a lot of effort to go to for low value items if it is a scam.

Probably wanting them free.
There I'd a vinted Facebook group for these kind of things.
Happens a lot.( False sob stories) .. l don't reserve anything. First to pay gets my items.
