Vinted Return item help

Hi I was wondering if anyone could offer me advice.
I bought an item on vinted. It was stated in very good condition. It has arrived and has a bigish hole in the very front of the item. Very noticeable.
Its charging me for return.
Do I need to pay for this? It seems a little unfair. I love the item, it's only being returned because it's damaged.

Yeah I’ve had this and was really annoyed about having to pay the return, seems very unfair when something is completely missold 🙁

Could I also ask, I put my details on the first part of the returned and it now says create labet. But I'm not worried it was actually meant to be the seller details I should have entered. Sorry I only buy, not sell or return.

I recently had to pay to return a cardigan that was advertised as size 10, but it would have fit a small 10 year old child, not an adult size 10. It'd clearly shrunk in the wash, and it was bobbly, yet it was advertised as 'unworn'.

It's put me off using Vinted.
