Struggling a bit today

As my name change says I'm sorry to moan bit I'm struggling a bit.
I work from home and struggle to focus and motivate myself. I'm also sick of being in my house.
Kids are teens so always in their bedrooms which is tough sometimes.
I hate hate hate this weather, hate it. Can't cope and then I start getting anxious about climate change.
I'm sick to death of being the only one who meal plans, cooks and clears up.
husband does loads but not those things, he cooks sometimes. Sick to death of it.
Husband doesnt eat meat, everyone likes different things.

I've just spent most of today just moping around waiting for it to cool down a bit.

I am with you over the hot weather it really stresses me, but it will be over by next week

Oh will it, thank God.
I think I have the opposite of SAD!
I know what makes me feel better, exercise, gym, walking the dog, none of which I can bear to do in this heat!

I hear you.
Also dislike this heat as I get older. Absolutely sick to death of meal planning, prepping, cooking, monitoring what's in the fridge, replacing what's eaten in time for making the meal I bought it for etc etc.
Its the invisible load and I am sick of it

Want to set a better example for my daughter so she doesn't fall into the same traps when she's older but I haven't a clue where to begin.

I really feel your pain

Thank you, it's crap isn't it.

I can't stand too hot or too cold. I like a steady 20c

I have a fan on at the moment. It makes things a bit more bearable.

I hate all the headspace and time feeding the family takes. Sometimes I wish everyone would just eat weetabix for dinner like they used to when they didn't eat their dinners as toddlers.

I'm really trying to get organised because I want my weekends to be more fun and more relaxing.

Yes, weetabix and in bed at half 6!!
