Mute Apple Watch?

How do I stop all notifications on my watch? Honestly I've googled. I sort of love and hate this watch. Sometimes I want it to count my steps but I don't want to see my messages or feel them through haptics. I want like a 'do not disturb' option otherwise known as piss off and leave me alone.

Can anyone help?

That's all in the Watch app in your phone.

You can also enable DND on your watch without having it on phone. Just make sure Focus mirroring is off in the settings in Watch app.

Which option on the watch is DND? Is it the theatre face thingies?
