Any idea of to get rid of my sticky out stomach, I'm not overweight, I have a healthy diet and exercise a couple of times a week as well as dog walking and am generally quite active but have always had a belly that sticks out.
I'm 41 so could be peri menopausal, I have no food allergies although I steer clear of bread by choice
I was thinking maybe Pilates or Yoga might help?
