Constantly need for the toilet when drinking alcohol

Does anyone know or have a remedy to decrease the amount of use the toilet when I'm drinking? Some days it's ok, other times I'm going every 10 minutes and it ruins my night

It’s a phenomenon known as the FFP/W (First Fatal Pee/Wee). It’s inescapable once you’ve had that first trip to the loo. All you can do is drink with lots of mixers and put off the first toilet trip as long as possible.

Alcohol is a diuretic. It makes you pee more.

Don't break the seal! Once you've had the first wee that's it, wazzing like Seabiscuit the rest of the night.

Avoid caffeine in the day
Don't drink fizzy drinks
Have water before and during to dilute the concentration

Caffeine and alcohol irritate your bladder
