Has anyone else been asked to ‘verify their identify’ on Linked In after access to their account has been temporary suspended? I’ve tried logging in on the app and the website, and had the same response. They are asking for a ‘government ID’ to be provided.
Google has brought up a couple of articles with advice, but they are both are for people in the USA.
I’m not comfortable about providing ID (I don’t remember it being required when I set up the account), but I’m job hunting at the moment, so need to have an up to date profile showing that I’m interested in current news/ events in my area of work, so I need access to my account again!
