Passed out and back is agony

I've had fever, headache and nausea for about 3 days. Got up to get some tablets and a drink, but on the journey decided I couldn't make it and needed to turn back and return to bed. I passed out I think, fell and hurt my back. The landing kind of woke me up as it was excruciating...landed on a hoover etc.

Couldn't move but was able to crawl back to bed. I'm lying flat, 111 are calling me back. I've taken some co-codamol.

Is there anything else I can do? I have no idea how I'm going to go to the toilet.

Where abouts are you? Can you call someone? I'd try and grab something, even a pillow, and just wee on that. You're going to need someone to come round.

My 12yr old ds is here, he helped me get back to the closest bed. I can't move though, can't really turn/twist. I'm dreading needing the loo, as can't see how I will get there 😪

Contact your gp first thing. Can you get a delivery? Adult nappies. Get some thick bath mats under you. Get some naproxen and strong cocodamol.

Think of everything you need before he goes to school. Water, food, charger, meds...

Thanks @Wtfnowseptember I was panicking a bit, the pain is indescribable. I can def get an order/delivery in. Ds isn't at school for another few days, so I won't be alone.
