How long did it take for your driving license to be posted to you.

I recently had my handbag stolen abroad so have had to apply for a replacement.

Last time i submitted any changes on my driving license I think I had it back in about 3 days but it's already been 2 weeks. I need it fairly urgently and just wondered if anyone's sent off for one recently how long it's taken?

I got a replacement licence because mine was 10 years old. I ordered it online on the Thursday evening and it arrived on the next Tuesday.
I was surprised how quick it came

The examiner kept and sent mine after I passed my test and it took less than a week to come, but that might be different I guess than a replacement?

We got replacements when we moved house last year and they were incredibly quick, definitely less than a week.

My change of address took about a month .

Thanks. It does seem to be taking its time.

I have tracked it online and it all says approved and sent so now I wonder if it's a postal issue . Annoyingly you can't see the date it was sent
