I’m overweight, I drink too much, I eat badly, I always feel rubbish and so to cheer myself up the cycle continues.
As I hurtle into my late 40s I don’t want to feel shit all the time anymore.
But I don’t know where to start…..if I try and exercise I get all sweaty and exhausted after a minute and give up. I get bored in the evenings and so I have a glass of wine etc etc….
I just want to wake up with the motivation to lead a healthier life. How do I get to this!!!!!!
