If you want bespoke art, you should really pay an artist rather than asking artists to work for free.

Fiverr is a good starting place to find freelancers who take commissions.

Also if you find a good tattooist who you are going through they can design something for you aswell, give them a few ideas. It costs a bit more, but worth it.

Go and see a recommended tattooist and discuss ideas, they'll mock something up during consultation and then when you're booked, draw it properly and check design with you then tattoo it.

Like others have said, this is quite a cheeky tactic and also, most artists tend to refuse to tattoo another's drawing without making changes themselves.

Why don't you just get the tattooist to design one for you? That's what their job is. I do that with all my tattoos.
