I watched a video on Instagram by a man called coach Dex - you basically lift your knees and jog on the balls of your feet. Honestly transformational. For me, anyway.
It made such a difference running at night too - it was quiet and I could listen to my feet.
Does anyone have any other good running tips for sacks of potatoes like me who want to be a bit more active?
