My mum lives in a retirement complex and has recently had a Smart Meter fitted. She never asked for it and they don’t have her contact details but SP are claiming that ‘someone gave consent’ so it’s fitted. It now transpires that her hot water is very lukewarm now the meter has been fitted. Anyone had something similar?
