Microwavable chips in oven instead?

We have acquired half a dozen boxes of these things during a house clearance and they are now cluttering up my freezer. Rumour has it they aren't all that great.

Can you just cook them as you would normal oven chips instead?

You could try a box or stick them on olio or similar

I might just shove them in the oven and see what happens. I got them for free anyway. 😂

We got some subbed in an online delivery order and air fried them. They were fine! I imagine the oven will be fine too.

Grim when done in the microwave , so maybe cooking int the oven would be an improvement

We're having fish & chips for dinner, so I will report back with my findings...

...reporting back. Emptied two boxes of them onto an oven tray, cooked as normal oven chips and they turned out fine.
