Istanbul recommend things to do as a treat

Hi all,

My mum has her 50th birthday this year and is going to Istanbul for it. Her birthday is October but she won’t be going until early November. Can anyone recommend things to do there that are a bit special or out the norm/a big treat? She has been before so I’d like to book something for her she might not have done or is a but different. Budget is around £250 but don’t mind paying more. It will be her and my dad going. Thank you in advance.

A meal at a Michelin starred restaurant - Neolokal, Mikla and Turk Faith Tutak are all really great. A tasting menu for two at Mikla would be about your budget, for example.

A private yacht cruise on the Bosphorus for sunset or dinner - might be over the £250 mark for 2 hours, perhaps about £300-350.
