Feeling sick 100% NOT pregnant

Will preface this saying I am 100% NOT pregnant, haven't had sex in 2 months, periods as normal, negative pregnancy test. Not pregnant.

I've had tummy issues on and off for a few months just after I had a bug - starting with a bout of constipation, then alternating diarrhea and constipation, acid reflux etc. Those issues have all tailed off now but what I'm left with is a sensation of mild nausea - not enough to make me throw up, a bit like being mildly travel sick. It doesn't seem to be linked to eating, nor to what I eat. Reflux meds don't help.

I've had bloods (including for Coeliacs) and done stool tests (both FIT tests and calprotectin, as well as H pylori) and everything is negative. The only thing that came up in bloods was low iron (NOT anemia as haemoglobin is fine - just low ferritin). Thyroid is normal (not just NHS normal, good normal - I had a full thyroid panel done). GP didn't seem interested in investigating the cause of that as I'm not anaemic. I need to take iron tablets but I'm scared to do so because I know they cause stomach issues.

Any ideas? GP isn't bothered about pushing for more investigations as I'm not losing weight and I'm not actually being sick. Do I need to push anyway? I wouldn't say the nausea is so awful it's making me miserable, and it's not stopping me eat, I'm just always aware of it IYSWIM.

Also had a pelvic ultrasound which was normal.
