Anyone else having Vinted delivery issues this week?

Particularly via a locker?

My order has been at one time or another...

On its way.
Delivered to locker
Unable to be delivered so on way back to seller.
Waiting in locker.
Collected by me.
And on it's way from the seller.

In that order.

Oh and when I went to see if the item was there it was the wrong item but there is no option for 'wrong item sent' in the I Have a Problem report thing.

Yes it’s happened to three of my orders via inpost. The evri ones I put in the same lockers are fine.
Im not sure if the parcels are now on the way to the buyers or back to me. Will have to wait and see

Yes, this was a huge issue yesterday. InPost stated on their website that it was experiencing technical issues with Vinted and incorrect messages about parcels being returned to senders. Both of my parcels that were "unable to be delivered so being returned" yesterday are now showing as en route again. Maybe try tracking them again now? X

What worries me is that there was an item waiting in the locker when I opened it, just not my item. So someone else could have my item and it will not be tracked down. I'm obv holding onto the wrong item for if and when they can tell me what to do with it

There a message on my vinted account saying there’s a problem. I have something to post with I post but I’m not chancing it.

I had a strange one this week using Inpost
A message saying it hasn’t been collected so was on its way back to me
then another message saying the same
then a message saying item collected and the money was in my account

I messaged the buyer to confirm she actually had it, and she did, with no issues 🤷🏼‍♀️

Yes, I’ve had that with InPost this week. Dropped it off, everything fine. Two hours later got a message saying it was being returned to me. Then the next day got another message to say it was on its way. The buyer told me she’d had the same issue with other parcels.

I've had 3 that said being returned to sender but since all 3 have now arrived with my purchasers. There is a note if you go to balance to use tracking info via inpost website not Vinted
