Crack in gransons face

So angry and frustrated. Dd was on the bus with her partner and child. A man got on the bus . He had a crack pipe he inhaled it then bent down to my grandson and blew it in his face. It happened to fast dd did not get a chance to stop it. But she went mad and was really angry. Dd was ranting and shouting getting upset/angry etc. Dd partner and some other bloke kicked the crack person of the bus. Because dd was so angry and her adrenaline was going, that she never got the bus information. So now she has no information to report it.

🙄 when you travel on a bus you can get the number plate or there's a letter in the front of the bus window. Because her adrenalin was going she was not thinking clearing. Her partner was busy kicking the bloke of the bus. Also he had autism he would not have though of getting the bus info.

Frustrated with dd. But angry with the man who blew crack at my grandson.

Hopefully. Tried asking dd. She's not being clear. She was walking when she called me so maybe when she's settled I can talk to her properly.

She would have a rough idea of the time she took the bus
potentially she will know the route number
thats really all she needs to report, the bus company would provide more details if needed
even if there are 2 routes going the same way the bus company would be able to know which one based on times
im assuming you want to report to the police?

As long as she knows the route and approx time the bus company will know which bus. I think they all have CCTV these days. Your dd can call the police on 101 and give them the info she has. What a vile man, your dgs is ok?

Chances are the bus company will have it on cctv.
She must know what time she caught the bus and where she was when this happened. The bus company should be able to use timings and destination to find out which bus it was and who the driver was.

The bus would have CCTV? As others have said, you need to report the time, bus number, and location of the incident. They would be able to track the bus?

I'm not sure if the bus company will go to the bother of doing anything.

Yeah hopefully your right. She knows what stop she got on at and the time give or take a few min. It just feels like there so many buses. Guess your right though tines will narrow it right down.

Never even thought of that good idea. And yes definitely be cctv. GS is ok as far as I know. I asked dd and she said he is OK he does nkt understand what happend. She not said anything regarding any side effects. Not sure if he could gey any or not

As many people have said, surely they know what bus they were on. You don't just hop on random buses!

How did your DD not know what bus she was on? I get that adrenaline might have kicked in once the incident happened, but she must know why she got on the bus in the first place? It really can't be hard to work out based on where she was going from and to as to which bus it was?

He should be charged with assault to the child. But I doubt anything will happen to be honest .

If she can work out the approximate time form eg messages/texts and a rough location then the bus company can get the cctv
