I'm pretty healthy already, I do bodyweight training and generally eat keto style and intermittent fast naturally. However due to being 44 and possibly peri I'm interested in taking things a step further to boost my energy levels (mum to young DC), libido, concentration, weight loss, mum tum, you name it!
Has anyone followed Davina Taylor's guidance to a tee? And if so what has been the outcome?
I've just ordered her hormone book and can see good reviews on Amazon but would be interested in first hand accounts.
