Well actually it’s DH who can’t change it because he can’t remember the three security questions. Him and passwords do my head in but that’s another post. last time I sorted it out I wrote it all down but he’s lost that.
if you can’t remember your answers you have to ring them. It’s £0.66 per minute. Yesterday it was a minimum of 10 minutes before they said it was likely the call could be answered. Therefore £6.60 to wait in the queue.
A couple of years ago he did the same and I spent almost an hour waiting to get through, no idea what the charge was then but in todays money it could be £66. So I’m reluctant to ring them now.
does anyone know how long it’s taking to get through at the moment?
or, any other way I can get round this (tried setting me up with his car but it won’t let me do this because the car reg is on his account).
he’s got hospital appointments that are now in the new ulez, his credit cards expired on his ulez account. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
