I strain so much that I have been diagnosed with abnormal gait but I think it is pelvic tilt. It feels as if someone has put a large elastic band around my thighs to pull me back as I walk. I love my job and really want to keep it bit I wonder if I can. My lower back pulls as I walk. Any advice?

If it were me I'd wear continence pads so that i'd feel confident and I'd have regular sessions with a physiotherapist who specialised in the Alexander Technique.

I don’t, combination of IBS, endometriosis and ASD 😞 it’s just not possible

Who has advised those symptoms are linked with your IBS?
