Whole milk tastes watery now...

Has anyone else noticed?
I just had really disappointing cereal that tasted like semi skimmed milk was used.

Depends on where you're buying it from.

If you buy Duchy from Waitrose or Berkeley Farm milk from Planet Organic, you will definitely feel the difference.
