Help me find this song before it drives me mad !

So I heard a song yesterday on the radio . I can't even remember what station it was on. No idea of the year although I don't think it's particularly new. I've tried singing what I remember of it to Alexa and that's been no good . I've tried putting the few lyrics into a lyric finding app and that hasn't helped.

Only part of it I remember is You broke my heart, broke my heart, broke my heaaartt . It could be stole not broke . I really am at a loss . Please help !

Ok, I can't remember what time but the only stations I listened to were Absolute and greatest hits radio . It was male singer .I could imagine it being by a band similar to manic street preachers but it's not you stole the sun from my heart. It's not poison arrow by ABC. Probably more of an indie / rock vibe
