For us adults.
It's taking over my whole life and I don't feel I'm present enough in my real life with real people.
Who else is addicted and could do with a support thread for cutting down and doing more?

I've just finished my 30 day break up. Id highly recommend reading how to break up with your phone. I'm not completely cured but using it less, and am more mindful when using it.

That sounds good @StrictlyAFemaleFemale
I assume you stopped using stuff on your phone that you thought was time wasting?

You have to start by deleting social media. I don't miss twitter, had already deleted insta, but FB was hard. I installed it again after 2 hours. Stopped all notifications. Am aware of triggers. Now mn closes after 30 minutes. Had 24 hours without phone. Really good book, just read it.
