That's about it really?

Just wondered what they are like.

Thanks

I’d be interested too as the prices are really good for low cost and long haul. I have read reviews and they are quite varied. Apparently the customer services isn’t great as there is no contact number and you pretty much have to take your own food and drink if you don’t want to pay ridiculous prices. However if you pay the premium price that’s all included, hopefully someone will be along with an actual account!

Anyone used them for long haul? Thanks

No, but I've heard their flight attendants are pretty 'Thor'midable! HAR HAR

@dickiedavisthunderthighs glad to be of service ma'am

negronicake · 03/02/2024 17:05

yes they were good
Nice new plane big windows lots of leg space and stuff
no issues with the flight
one issue scanning the boarding pass which made me panic as it had to be reprinted a load of times but it was absolutely fine I’d fly with them again
I usually fly with virgin

Sonora25 · 03/02/2024 17:40

Thanks @negronicake they are much cheaper than Virgin so think will try them. We can bring food and snacks.

medicalmysterymachine · 03/02/2024 17:56

Amazing flight to Orlando on a Dreamliner which genuinely seemed to help with jet lag. Take your own food as they don't feed you on board, but no complaints here!

PepsiMaxLime · 03/02/2024 18:51

There was a recent post on The Dibb website, the poster really rated them but others said they searched for flights & prices weren’t that much cheaper than Virgin/BA.

So okay if you manage to get a bargain. There were also a few posters concerned about their financial position so might be worth heading to The Dibb for a read

Senseofsomething · 03/02/2024 19:00

We are due to travel with them to Barbados later this year. WAY cheaper than other airlines and we are just taking food/snacks with us. Haven’t been yet though!

negronicake · 04/02/2024 06:24

Shhh guys don’t tell everyone or they’ll get more expensive 😂

Sonora25 · 05/02/2024 15:04

Booked it but now feel it a bit nervous after I read some bad reviews. But price difference to Virgin was 1K 😬 and 3k cheaper than BA. So hopefully will be ok.
