I am trying to reschedule my nhs appointment

But massive phone queue. I tried earlier today but gave up. Now on line again listening music. I really feel like being no show. It isn't that important appointment.

It is so frustrating, how difficult hospitals make it to make an appointment.

My bugbear is that when you are actually speaking to them - either in person at the Reception desk, or on the phone - with your diary out in front of you, they won't let you arrange the appointment there, so it is actually an appointment that you can get to, and then don't have to rearrange or miss when they post you out a random one instead.
Plus the cost to the NHS of printing the letters, posting them, using someone's time to put it in the envelope to send you random appointments. It's just bizarre.
