Help me stop frowning!

I literally cannot stop frowning, unless I'm asleep. From the moment I wake up I have tension in the muscles between and above my eyebrows. It's worse if I'm concentrating (driving, reading, on my phone, etc). Oh and basically in any sunlight I will squint uncontrollably and inevitably frown with it. It leaves me with a near constant tension headache, and needless to say horrible deep creases that make me look angry all the time. It's quite depressing from several aspects.

I wear glasses but my prescription is fine as I only had it checked recently, the frowning happens irrespective mind. I'm immune to Botox so that has no effect. I try to massage the area but the second I let go it just furrows up again, and I physically can't relax it by thinking to.

I've always frowned when concentrating but since having a baby I do it ten fold. Any suggestions appreciated 😭

Wear sunglasses and a hat with a brim to stop the squinting.

I trained myself out of this by practising looking up and doing the reverse of a frown IYSWIM sort of eyebrows raised in surprise.

I'd do the reverse and then relax and found my face settled somewhere inbetween.

It took me ages to consciously do this over and over again but gradually I found I needed to do it less and less.

Now I still find myself frowning randomly maybe once a day but I can quickly get myself out of it.
