I live in a block of flats, in London. A couple live above me with their 3 year old… in a 1 bed flat.
Not only do the adults stomp around which creates a constant thudding noise (concrete floors), their child runs around constantly like it’s a playground. Sometimes it’s so bad I hit the ceiling with the end of my mop but that doesn’t stop them.
Is there anything I can do to stop this? I haven’t spoken to them about it, as that’s my last resort because essentially I’ll be asking them to stop living their lives how they want to.
I am just at my wit’s end here and it’s disruptive especially when I am wfh.
I read that there’s some sort of soundproofing system you can install but is it any good?
