Resilience/Motivation Podcasts

Any recommendations for resilience related podcasts?

Am menopausal and have become more anxious about some things, though very aware I don’t have anything ‘real’ to be anxious about (also annoyed at myself for describe myself that way as very aware there appears to be an anxiety epidemic currently and I usually just get on with things!). Also lacking motivation to do anything I need to. Am on HRT which has helped many symptoms and not depressed as I enjoy and appreciate a lot of things in my life.

Just feel I need to build some more resilience/change how I think about some things - plus probably need a bit of a general kick up the bum!

Has anyone felt similarly and found any podcasts which they have found useful?

I think you might find Dr Rangan Chatterjee's podcast Feel Better, Live More helpful. He covers all kinds of topics involving physical and mental health with really interesting guest experts.

Also you might want to look into meditation and mindfulness for resilience and treating anxiety. I use the Insight Timer free app.
