Any recommendations for resilience related podcasts?
Am menopausal and have become more anxious about some things, though very aware I don’t have anything ‘real’ to be anxious about (also annoyed at myself for describe myself that way as very aware there appears to be an anxiety epidemic currently and I usually just get on with things!). Also lacking motivation to do anything I need to. Am on HRT which has helped many symptoms and not depressed as I enjoy and appreciate a lot of things in my life.
Just feel I need to build some more resilience/change how I think about some things - plus probably need a bit of a general kick up the bum!
Has anyone felt similarly and found any podcasts which they have found useful?
