Does anywhere sell proper candy necklaces anymore ?

As the title says ! None of the pick&mixes round here have candy necklaces but I've bought them from three different vintage sweet shops recently (bought the first one on a whim and when it was all wrong I set out on a bit of a mission Grin ) and none of them are the same as the ones in the Pick&Mix at the village shop / garden centre / Woolies when I was a kid Sad

The beads are kind of crumbly and taste sour / sherbety, whereas they used to be so hard you couldn't bite through them and didn't taste of much other than sugar ! Also, they used to be pastel colours + white and now they are much brighter with no white ones. They don't smell right either.

Does anyone know if you can still get the 90s style ones anywhere ? (And if so, where ?!)
