My DS is 7, had dairy intolerance as a baby and was on hypoallergenic milk. When he was a little older (around 2) we successfully completed the milk ladder and we were told he’d grown out of it and to go ahead with dairy.
Since then he’s always had a bit of a sensitive tummy with mild constipation, he also has small stature(way smaller than anyone in family) as well as mild learning difficulties.
Well… just before the holidays I took him to a paediatric dietician who recommended cutting dairy over the holidays, which we did… and I can’t believe it… he has grown 3cm! He reading has also improved massively and I’m gobsmacked.
Im now wondering if this is pure coincidence or down to the dairy. Has anyone else experienced similar?
