Fancy dress party - who the hell can I go as?!

Last minute invite to a fancy dress party this coming weekend. Theme is TV & movie characters. I’ve got this cloak (hope that photo works!). Who can I go as? Any cosplayers around that could suggest someone?

All I’ve come up with is a (wrongly coloured) dementor?
