I've just made brownies in th toastie maker! They were so easy and tasted really good! I just needed to share my excitement - I hate my oven so finding ways to bake without it is so nice! 😁

You know you need to share a recipe now, right? 😉

It's here - I just needed to type it up! Ingredients:

1 tablespoon gluten-free flour blend*
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder*
1/8 teaspoon salt*
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Chocolate chips (as many as you desire)

(*I used GF self raising flour from Asda and it worked fine!)

Mix the dry ingredients, including the sugar and chocolate chips in a bowl. Melt the butter and add to the dry mix, then add the milk and vanilla. Mix until combined. (I doubled the amounts above!)

It was meant to go in the microwave for a few mins but I had the toastie maker out so just added enough to fill each section and left it until it smelled done. My toastie maker is a deep fill one though!
