Eaten and drunk enough
Take vitamins
Have been on a 2 mile walk, as I usually would
Slept as I usually would (7.5-8.5hrs the last 3 nights)
I have no energy at all and feel so lethargic. I just feel heavy. I was tired when I woke up and I’ve stayed that way all day, and it was the same yesterday. Any ideas?
