Online order mess up

I do the majority of my shopping online and usually I don't experience any issues. Sometimes an item might be out of stock and the website didn't show it but usually I get a call to notify me if there's any issue. No big deal. Very rarely do I experience issues. Except sometimes with delivery and courier but that's a different thing.

I made an online order the week before last. It was to a pharmacy. I ordered a box of plasters, but what I got in the parcel was a piece of gauze instead. That's not what I ordered.
I emailed them to notify them and asked them how will it be rectified and then I forgot about it. A few days pass and there was no reply. I emailed again and asked for a refund of the item was wasn't delivered correctly to me but I didn't get a reply or a response.

What am I supposed to do with this?
Do I contact the bank for a chargeback of the item?

For a piece of gauze?
No, I wouldn't.
A pair of Loubertins possibly.

Is it a pharmacy with a local branch and could you return it in person?

Get in touch a different way. Call or direct message.

Do you really not have access to a pharmacy? Buying a packet of plasters online seems a bit unnecessary…. In fact any supermarket will also stock this stuff.
I wouldn’t make a fuss about a piece of gauze, no.

I was making an order for other supplies so I put in a pack of plasters too.

I ordered a large box of plasters and it was 7 pounds. The gauze wasn't what I ordered and I have no use for it and not only that when I checked the price difference online it wasn't even half the price of that.
