Cafes/ pubs with play areas around Nottingham?

Visiting Nottingham (north-east based around Southwell, Newark) and seeing elderly family with my young children. Elderly family members pretty immobile and not really able to walk far.
I’d really appreciate any recommendations for pubs or cafes where there is a play area next to seating. Indoor and outdoor would be great. Able to travel a bit within the area.
TIA

Hearty goodfellow I've eaten in, comes up number 1 on trip advisor. Think it's outside but I last went a long time ago

Does the Lord Ted in Newark have a play area?

Just south of Southwell is Lowdham, and I know the Magna Charta has an outdoor play area and seating section.

Or if you a looking for something different, Newfields ice cream farm.has a good play area, nice food and loads of ice cream. It can get crazy busy though.

This has a really nice restaurant and there is Ed's and Molly's playbarn within it (does have a charge to go in). The playbarn has it's own cafe as well.

Being a garden centre it is all flat and easy to navigate for people with reduced mobility.

If you are happy with slightly further afield there is Little Jack's farm in Bottesford.

The Unicorn in Gunthorpe has a small play area or the back of the pub and has nice views of the river trent at the front of the pub.

If you want posh dinner the the old vol near Lowdham has good play area

Beanblock is a cafe in Newark with play space but it’s best for under 5’s.

Lord Ted has outdoor play space

Hardy’s Farm shop at Farndon I think has cafe and outdoor play

Newfield Ice cream parlour is nice cafe with play outside.

The Old Vol and The Railway (Caythorpe/Lowdham) are both great - delicious food and fab play areas.
