Hi all,
I'm returning to work next week (work in a school) after the end of my mat leave with my second child. I was able to take the full year but as the end approaches I've been getting more anxious. Intellectually I know we will all get through it but last time was so difficult. I was mentally quite unwell after the birth of my first and have had therapy for PTSD, PND and PNA since.
I feel in a MUCH better place than i did last time but I haven't managed to land a good "self-talk" quote for a working mum so thought I would see if anyone had any good ones for me to write in my diary to keep me going next week.
