I tried to order a repeat prescription on the NHS App last week and the below error message came up. I contacted the GP surgery and the woman said I'd been put on the "deducted" list in May??! She kept asking if I'd changed surgery at all (nope) or moved (nope). The rest of my family are still registered. After clicking various things she said it wasn't something she dealt with, so it's been passed to a Care Navigator to sort. But it hasn't as I still have no prescription, and no access on the NHS app.
Has anything similar happened to anyone else? Or does anyone who works in a GP surgery know how/why someone can be put on the deducted list accidentally?? Has someone just clicked the wrong button??
I'm so confused I'm sure I've had a prescription since May (can't check now though!)
