Anyone with Shell broadband?

If so, is your service absolutely terrible? Wifi is constantly cutting out. It happens daily
ive raised it with them a few times and they want to charge me to end the contract early

but where do I stand if I’m not getting what I pay for?

Hi. I am with Shell and it is fine for me (West Yorkshire). Connection sometimes drops out on the tv only and I have to put the password in, but I am pretty sure this is a tv problem, not a problem with the broadband generally.
Hope you get it sorted out ok.
