Just wondering if anyone else had had this horrible bug. Started feeling rough on Wednesday with a sore throat, headache, achey, tired, loss of appetite. Worst bit is a horrible taste in my mouth like vinegar), like reflux, have been being sick and have eaten next to nothing the last few days, just feel really weak. I took an Apple Cider Vinegar tablet (just one) on Wednesday, but don't think that has caused it. Went to the GP yesterday they said its viral, not Covid have done three tests. Had loads of plans this weekend, obviously cannot do any of it. Got a very heavy work week, self-employed, really need to be ok soon. Any recommendations/experience.
