At 4am I woke up with my neck really hurting. I thought omg what have I done. I touched where it was sore and felt a lump on the right hand side at the top of my neck/just below the jaw where your glands are. It was so painful to touch and I could hardly move my neck.
This morning the lump has gone down but it's still really painful. Having to move my head slowly and still sore to touch where the gland was even though its gone down.
Has anyone had this and do you know why it would happen when I'm not ill?
