How do you cancel an RAC call out?

They’re coming in the morning but we’ve managed to fix the problem with a neighbour.

There’s no info at all on their website about how to cancel.

Baffled and would much rather someone who needed the appointment got it!

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Just ring the RAC number you booked the breakdown call out with, they'll have a reference number which they should be able to trace from policy/ name/ address etc, just explain it's no longer needed.

Have you the app? It might be possible to do it through that.

I called and one of the options was to cancel the appointment if no longer needed. This was years ago they only seem to go through the app these days but worth a try.

You can cancel on the app. If you don’t have it, as long as you register with your membership number, the job will be logged on there and you just click cancel.
